you fly American Airlines with a brand new bag you bought on the way to the airport:
UM WTF American Airlines? My bag was about 3 hours old when I landed in Toronto and it looked like that. Luckily I had my receipt in my pocket to prove my bag was brand new.. supposedly after much arguing AA claims they will mail me a check for my bag in the exact amount in the next 2 weeks.
