What the hell is this new thing, I mean jacket from Marc Jacobs?

Up close it looks like jean corduroy in a horrible light wash (not really a fan of light washed denim) and what is up with all the patches and random buttons? For almost $400 I want something that doesn't look like I bought it vintage at the thrift store.

A perfectly cute stilleto? You add a rugged giant ugly sole to it.

What is up with the sole on this Yves Saint Laurent shoe? Prior to that manly work boot sole - these would have been super cute shoes for a dressy occasion. Now they just look horsey. Plus they are all around $800 (give or take a little). I'm sorry but I'm not paying $800 for a big rubber soled shoe. I don't think I'd pay $50. I just don't like the sole. Waste of a cute shoe.

Fall Shoes

One of my favorite thing about fall is new shoes! I love looking at all the new styles and while I love my summer sandals - there's something fantastic about a pair of leather boots, or classic black heels.

I am loving these new Christian Louboutin Black Leather Armadillo Peep-Toe Platforms. The striped pattern is very funky, yet classic.

If I don't shop for any else all month maybe I can afford them...

Summer Sandals

I like these new Tod's sandals for summer. Perfect little black shoes, they look comfy and are all leather so no man-made materials that will make my feet sweat. Yuck!

Cute New Louboutins

Love these new Christian Louboutin Criss Cross Ankle Strap Platforms. I love cork in shoes - it's so comfortable to walk on. These are a bit too pricey for me right now though... I owe a lot on my 2007 taxes :(

Wallpaper, or Pants?

Normally I love Elie Tahari, but these pants are just horrible. They look like wallpaper, or a lamp shade. What is the appropriate use for such pants? I don't want to wear these to bed, nevermind out in public. And they are linen - which really is just a pain in the ass. Definitely not what I was expecting from Tahari.

I am so over winter

I am officially all set with winter. Well, let's face it, I was all set with winter before it even started, but now I am REALLY ALL SET. I don't want to see snow for at least another 10 months.

I'm sick of parking bans and fighting for a spot. Trying to get home 10 hours before predicted snow to actually *get* a spot. Sick of unbecoming footwear. Sick of cleaning off my car. Sick of winter coats. *Sort of* sick of cashmere sweaters (because seriously - who doesn't love cashmere? I just don't want to wear one for another 10 months).

I want green! On trees, the grass, on shoes! I'm sick of looking at drab empty trees. I am ready for some spring! And speaking of spring and green, how cute are these green patent wedges from Kate Spade?

Designer footwear for Sherpas in the summer? Who wants to wear a carpet on their flip flop? Not to mention, wouldn't this be kind of hot in the summer? But regardless - they are just plain vile. um yes I'll take the flip flops that look like fozzy bear... not.

Super cute tote for Spring

I love this Salvatore Ferragamo hot pink patent tote for Spring.



The only problem for me with totes is that I *always* knock the thing over and every single freaking thing in the bag comes spilling out all over the ground. Which is really annoying to pick up, especially when I am in the car driving and the crap is rolling all over the floor. Maybe I shouldn't have so much shit, but that is why I carry a bag in the first place.

About these new Prada Waves Flower Pumps...



I need to look at them a bit longer. One one hand they look very retro, but on another - they look kind of strange and creepy.

They have 4 other styles that look pretty similar to this one in different colors. Like this black and gold Silk Camoscio pair - which I like a lot more than the flower. But at $700-800 a pair, I think I'll pass.

Perfect for Spring and Summer with a casual dress. I think it will even look nice on the beach, probably wouldn't be conducive to walking in the sand, but who cares about that ;)

Who doesn't love jeans? I like them even more when they are on sale! YEY!

These Joe's Jeans are really cute, and marked down from $173.00 to $68.90 - that's a pretty good price! But what's up with the 90 cents? They couldn't just round that off?



But I don't like these Rich and Skinny jeans at all. Maybe because I'm neither rich, nor all that skinny. This color just doesn't flatter.

Hugo Boss

Hugo Boss is coming soon to the Natick Collection. I would have hoped they opened by now, but it appears they haven't - as the Hugo Boss website has no location there. They do have a store in Copley Plaza though.

Anyway, they make great men's clothes - and guys you don't have to spend a fortune to look nice.... Really!
