I was driving cab for Wellesley Community taxi at the time. Those baby blue Checkers could get through almost anything, but I believe that one shut us down.William Rosehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02236093989312437475noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1525968855710776769.post-86614056974597805052008-02-11T15:38:00.000-05:002008-02-11T15:38:00.000-05:00Thanks! I would have been so upset to have to abandon my car and be forced to sleep wherever the National Guard put me for a week.DJDivahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10071261228683281899noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1525968855710776769.post-86853579515037451072008-02-11T15:34:00.000-05:002008-02-11T15:34:00.000-05:00Those pics are awesome. Though I sat on Memorial Drive in Cambridge for about 4 hours during the "blizzard" (note the lower-case b) of 2007, I couldn't imagine having to deal with the snow in those photos. Having to abandon my car on 128? Sheesh.

And the National Guard… what if we needed them these days? Would we have to recall them from Iraq?Fornyahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15962200839327557745noreply@blogger.com
